Use of Verity’s Club facilities is open to guests of The Ivy (some areas exclusive to women only). Verity’s facilities include lounges, meeting rooms, business facilities, dining rooms, an extensive fitness area and women’s spa.

George Restaurant

Under the leadership of renowned Executive Chef Lorenzo Loseto, George has become one of Toronto’s top rated restaurants. George was ranked as one of the world’s extraordinary restaurants in the Zagat 2008 International Guide and has received much critical acclaim.

George Restaurant is also available for private events on Sundays and Monday evenings. An enchanting 19th century private outdoor courtyard flows out from George and the Georgian rooms and can also be used for special occasions.

Private Dining Rooms:
Exquisite private dining is available for a discreet dinner for a few or a dazzling event for many.

George Restaurant’s award-wining food is available to guests of The Ivy in Verity’s six meeting rooms. In addition to these rooms, George has three distinct dining rooms that can open up into one magnificent area. All private rooms are beautifully appointed for a diverse range of affairs, from special dinners to corporate meetings, weddings and glittering parties.

The private rooms will accommodate gatherings of 3-80 for dining and up to 120 for cocktails.
Members' Lounge

Apart from the Library and Spa Lounge, guests of The Ivy will enjoy the exquisite décor and a warm welcome from staff in the Members’ Lounge. It offers the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails or light dinner.
FITNESS

Our beautiful Fitness Centre is available to female guests of The Ivy and is equipped with the finest, most up-to date equipment designed specifically for women’s needs including weight machines, free weights and treadmills.

Our stunning swimming pool is not only a treat for the body and soul, it is also genuinely energizing. Using ozone instead of chlorine, the water is infused with extra oxygen for a ‘fountain of youth experience’. Soothe your tired muscles with a soak in our whirlpool or a session in the infra red sauna. Male guests can purchase day passes to their choice of two locations.

sweetgrassspa offers a full service spa for women complete with seven treatment rooms and a cozy manicure and pedicure room. Come explore our full suite of services and you will see that our professional spa staff has thought of everything. From classic spa treatments to express manicures and pedicures; from the latest wraps, waxes and massage therapies to anti-aging treatments from around the world, it is all here. The amenities include our swimming pool, infrared sauna and steam room.

Experts in stress relief, we offer a wide-variety of traditional techniques and treatments such as Reiki, Ayervedic therapy, Lomi Lomi and Indian scalp massage. We also provide an in-house Naturopath and Acupuncturist
